Join “40 Days For God” by doing ANY or ALL of the following:
1. Pray every day at or around sunrise, for 40 days.
Get alone with God, and give him the first fruits of your day. If that time doesn’t work, try to pick a time and stick to it faithfully for these 40 days. Whether it’s for 40 seconds, or 40 minutes, or 4 hours, get alone with God, but together as the body of Christ. I’d recommend 40 solid minutes during this time. The Lord will do great and mighty things in your life.

2. Read your Bible For 40 days.
Old fashioned time consumed by God’s Word. Maybe you’re the type that must understand every word, or you won’t keep going. This is different. This is cleansing. This is total saturation. The Word of God will dwell richly in you during this time. This is a commitment of time. You will likely only be able to achieve this with sacrifice of what you may normally spend your time doing. But this will change your life, if you yield to it.

3. set aside 40 days to fast.
Fasting means going without food. As we withhold food from our bodies, the Lord begins to do a work that can only come from fasting. Give up a meal, give up a day, or whatever amount of time the Lord places on your heart. And whatever it is, ask the Lord to help you stick with your commitment. What yokes are upon you at this very moment? What about your family, your children, those you love? Can you hear the chains slowly dragging them to hell and have you felt powerless, or maybe even grown apathetic, to stop it? It’s time to break the bands of wickedness, God through fasting is able to break EVERY yoke, the Bible says.

4. Hand out a Gospel Tract Each Day for 40 Days.
Commit to handing out one Gospel tract every day for 40 days. Place it in someone's hand with a joyful smile, showing the love of Christ. Each tract is a seed that could lead a soul to salvation. We have a responsibility to share fhe Gospel of the LORD Jesus Christ with every person. Show kindness, and share the saving power of the Gospel message!
